Spanish Forward Gas Update – 11/02/2021
On the last day reported on the Spanish forward gas market (February 10th), reference prices moved down in all maturities due to the decrese in European gas prices.
On the 10th, there were no exchanges reported in month and longer-term contracts.
Regarding reference prices:
Mar-21 price moved down to 17.88 €/MWh (-0.37 €/MWh).
Q2-21 price went down to 17.46 €/MWh (-0.32 €/MWh).
Cal-22 price decreased to 18.39 €/MWh (-0.09 €/MWh).
On the 10th, Brent barrel price was 61.47 $/bbl (+0.38 $/bbl) and CO2 Dec-21 price increased to 39.33 €/t (+1.07 €/t).
On the European gas markets: on the 10th TTF MA price decreased to 18.58 €/MWh (-0.53 €/MWh) and PEG MA price went down to 18.26 €/MWh (-0.54 €/MWh). TTF Cal-22 was traded at 17.29 €/MWh (-0.11 €/MWh).
